RMX is the internet-based companion to Retail Mode. Customers can utilize RMX to learn about the devices, with the convenience of not needing to travel to the retail environment.

Goal of RMX

The main objective of RMX is to validate a customer’s decision in purchasing a Samsung device. We accomplished this through reiterating what features and benefits the device offers to consumers.

In addition to Features, RMX offers customers other ways to seek out the information they might need to validate their purchase.

  • Compare Devices - Allows users to see how device specifications compare to other devices.

  • Make the Switch - Content to educate on the ease of switching to Samsung.

Later iterations of RMX shifted to vertically focus aspect ratios to mirror social media trends. A sub-navigation was implemented to give shoppers quick ways to access content they want to see.

Make the Switch showed customers the simple process of transferring their personal data
