Rethinking the Customer Experience

Our task with this project was to give customers more than the previous template provided. Our solution was to create a deeper architecture that allowed for exploration and interactivity. In addition to the existing content carousel the “in-the-box” experience provided. We created a content hub that educated consumers in an interactive way to display key features of each Galaxy Book4 device.

Interactive Educations

Building in ways to interact with content was a key strategy to stand out for customers shopping for laptops in the retail environment. This example demonstrated the difference between screens that did not use the anti-reflective screen technology.

Built for Modern Retail

With the ever-expanding choices customers are presented with when shopping for laptops, we were tasked with finding intuitive interactions to educate customers.
